Dear Friends of the Azer Kids,
What a tragic difference a year can make. Last Easter my children ran around the backyard searching for chocolate eggs, assembled Kinder egg toys, donned their new Easter outfits, and indulged in an amazing Easter dinner with their grandparents. Today, their Easter baskets are empty, my heart – and those of far too many – are broken, and they’ve being held captive by a criminal and his accomplices.
How much longer do they have to wait, do I have to wait, does Canada have to wait?
Thank you for caring and for sharing our story. Eventually it will make a difference.
