Whether incorporating fabric or scrapbook paper, beads or gemstones or even flowers, the options are endless!
Can you wear resin jewelry everyday?
To start making DIY resin necklaces, you’ll need a few essential supplies. You’ll need two-part resin, a silicone mold or bezels for your pendant or ring, and a chain or cord to connect the finished piece to the wearer. You’ll also need sealant to coat porous embellishments like fabric and paper before putting them in the resin.
Before you begin, make sure your mould or bezel is clean and dry, and mix a small batch of the resin according to its label. This is important to avoid creating air bubbles in the final product, so follow the instructions carefully. Once the resin is mixed, pour it over your embellishments. Then wait for the resin to cure before removing your pendant or ring from the mold.
